My work is simply about the act of painting as transformation. Painting on doors represents to me the transgression from mundane to dynamic.
I have chosen doors as my main painting surface in order to reinforce the metaphor of passage and transformation. The goal of my process is to discover new form and color variations that can inspire evolving compositions.
